Simple and easy recipe. Perfect for lunch or dinner especially when you don’t have a lot of time to cook and you want to eat healthy and tasty.

Recette simple et facile. Parfait pour le déjeuner ou le dîner surtout quand vous n’avez pas le temps de cuisiner et que vous voulez manger sainement et bon.

Ingredients (for 2 people) | Ingrédients (pour deux personnes):

🔹2 salmon filets |2 filets de saumon

🔹 1 large courgette or 2 small courgettes | 1 grosse courgette ou 2 petites courgettes

🔹 2 carrots or 3 small carrots | 2 carottes ou 3 petites carottes

🔹 2 lemon slices | 2 rondelles de citron

🔹 1/4 sliced onions | 1/4 d’oignon coupés en lamelles

🔹 Cooked Brown rice | Riz complet cuit

🔹Olive oil | Huile d’olive

🔹 Salt, black pepper, parsley | Sel, poivre, persil

🔹 Baking paper | Papier sulfurisé de cuisson

Cooking: Preheat oven at 200°C. Leave in the oven for 30-35min.

Cuisson : Four préchauffé à 200°C. Laisser cuire pendant 30-35 min
